  • The Mail Mix is a monthly subscription service delivering illustrated travel letters to the provided shipping address

  • Your subscription will automatically continue at the end of each period, and we'll charge your card according to the plan you selected at checkout (monthly, quarterly, or yearly)

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, or by submitting a request through the Contact Us form.

2. Delivery

  • Letters are typically mailed during the first week of each month

  • Delivery times may vary based on postal service and location

  • We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates

  • You are responsible for providing accurate mailing information

  • You are responsible for notifying us of any address changes for the mailing information

3. Content & Copyright

  • All content, including illustrations and written material, is protected by copyright

  • Content may not be reproduced or distributed

  • Letters are for personal use only

4. Payment

  • All prices are in USD and include standard shipping

  • Subscription fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle

  • No refunds for partially used subscription periods
